New Life Fitness Leg Curl Machine!
Introducing our new Life Fitness Plate Loaded Kneeling Leg Curl machine!

Primary Target Muscles
Biceps Femoris: The outer head of the hamstring complex, responsible for knee flexion and hip rotation.
Semimembranosus & Semitendinosus: The inner hamstrings, which drive knee flexion and assist in stabilizing the knee joint.
Secondary & Stabilizing Muscles
Gastrocnemius: The upper calf muscle crosses the knee joint and assists in the initial phase of knee flexion.
Gluteus Maximus: Engages isometric control to stabilize the hips while kneeling against the pad.
Core & Lower Back (Erector Spinae): Keeps the torso rigid on the chest pad, preventing spinal extension or hip rotation during heavy reps.
You find it downstairs besides the male changing room. Find it at the top alongside all our other machines at https://www.wembleyfitness.co.uk/equipment
